As the owner and founder of BRAVO Vet in Browns Mills, New Jersey, Lenthel is currently a drilling reservist and has reached the rank of Senior Master Sergeant. and retired November of 2016.
Lenthel’s role in the company will be the developer of all education material as well as the instructor for every class that will be given. He will also ensure that all updated material will be sent to the companies wishing to have a continued up to date agreement.
Throughout his career both military and civilian, Lenthel started researching Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) since 2007 and Traumatic Brain Injuries (mTBI) since 2010. He has been conducting lectures and teaching about both since 2010.
In Lenthel’s civilian work, he has had both male and female clients that suffer from PTSD due to sexual assault, and he has conducted much research on the same topic. He has written papers on PTSD with aspects of: Family Counseling PTSD and Sexual Assault Individual and Group Counseling Veterans Returning to Post-Secondary Education.
Lenthel has experienced in crisis screening, crisis intervention, outpatient drug and alcohol counseling, suicide intervention and prevention, and Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM). He has also conducted individual counseling sessions, as well as group counseling sessions with both civilian and military personnel and families.
